You can purchase products via:

For UK customers we use the Royal Mail standard parcel service or recorded delivery unless otherwise requested.

A summary of packaging and postal charges is as follows:

Most single product orders will incur a delivery charge from £2.95 to £4.95 for postage and packaging (some bulkier or heavier objects will incur a delivery charge of £5.95).

Currently, we quote for delivery of furniture and heavier items at point of order. You will be notified to contact us for a delivery price on the relevant product screens. The delivery cost will depend on your postcode.

Payment

Use the secure online shopping basket to pay by card or cheque.

By cheque

Please make cheques payable to TigerLily Trading Ltd. Please write your cheque guarantee card number and expiry date on the back of your cheque.

When to expect your order

If the ordered item is in stock you should allow five working days for delivery. If it's not, you should allow 30 days for delivery.

Every effort will be made to stick to these delivery times. If, however, for some unforeseen reason it takes longer, TigerLily Trading Ltd cannot be held liable.

Should you live in Buckinghamshire or the surrounding area, you can collect your order in person and so avoid delivery charges. This can be arranged at the time of order.

Overseas orders

International orders for jewellery and small items can be made online. The delivery charge is £7.95. It is best to call or email regarding larger items as the delivery price may be higher than £7.95.

Additional local import duties may be payable on receipt.
